Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Forclosurer

I bought a small condo after my husbands death and to take care of my mom with demencia, I want out of this condo so bad now, it's not safe here anymore and I refinanced and now I have a 1st. and 2nd morgage and owe alot more than I'll ever be ever to sell it for, I want to know if I walk away from this condo to move out of town can they touch my S.S., my small Pera retirement and small VA check. I want to move closer to my son in Co. Spgs. Co. I'm very depressed being stuck here and not being able to leave. I no longer care about my credit, I've kept it in excellent and outstanding all my adult life but at my age I don't care anymore, I don't plan on buying anything else in my life to worry about it.

Please reply to me through my email address.

Thank you
