Foreclosure

We have filed in a timely manner a Notice of Intent to file a Lien Statement and Statement of Lien. Can we now Foreclose or is there an easier remedy for satisfaction?

You can always sue on the underlying debt owed, but the

mechanic's lien provides the added benefit of seeking

foreclosure at the same time so that if you win

there is an asset with value to pay any judgment.
