Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

can I get out of my lease

First off, my landlord continues to enter my home when noone is there, unannounced. there is no hot water; and we told to wait, the toilet does not work. Now I have two small kids, one being a baby, the hot water would be nice to have. The landlord tries to tell my wife to go inside that she cant sit outside, for no reason at all. The place is infested with spiders which is a danger to my children. Out of all this; coming in my home without notice and noone there is my main concern. Can you help?

Re: can I get out of my lease

The landlord generally has a right of inspection at reasonable times. If it is unreasobale perhaps a court agree and issue a restaining order but I doubt it. Consult with an attorney (Legal aid?) and give that person the full story.
