Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Hi, I have been paying on a house and the person I bought the house from tells me there is 2 loans on the house I,m buying, and there is insurance on it. But He hasn't given me any information as to the loans or insurance. how can I find out who owns the house and land. I would like to get out but I,m afarid I can't cause of a contract.

I really wish you had talked to an attorney before you agreed to this arrangement. You need to do a title search and you need to retain an attorney to resolve this matter and get a good agreement in place, if that is even possible.
