Remodel Window Instalation

One month after instalation it rained and windows leaked. I have called a dozen times and they will not come and fix. What can I do?

Afternoon,

It depends. Review the contract and see if there is some warranty and any other applicable terms and conditions for repair or disclaimers.

See if the installer is licensed and consider a complaint. If nothing gets resolved, you can file a small claims action. As always, it really depends on your specific agreement and many more facts. Good luck.
