Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Colorado

Fired after talking to HR
I was told I would be fired after going to HR with a claim of sexual harassment. I was told to write a letter of apology to the accused even though I have witnesses.HR did an investigation and intend to fire me this week if I do not comply. Can they do this
