Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado

Motion to Quash Subpoena

I've got a speeding ticket and I have decided to fight it. Anyway, I subpoenaed the city attorney to get some information from him such as: the name and serial number of the speed measuring device, officers’ training certification to use the laser gun, etc. Currently, the city attorney has filed the motion to quash “subpoena duces tecum and disclosure” to some of the information, requested by me saying that it is irrelevant to the case. I agree that I was not completely specific in my subpoena, so my question is: can I rewrite my subpoena and ask the city attorney again to disclose the same info that I requested in the first subpoena?

Is there any motion that I can file to kill his motion to quash may subpoena? What should I do now? Please help me.

Thank you very much,

Re: Motion to Quash Subpoena

File SDT with specific information and be prepared to argue to judge why that information is relevant to your defense.
