Legal Question in Traffic Law in Colorado

Please Help

I got a ticket for A hit and run, and I am currently on Probation for Domestic Violence. My Court date is not untill I am off of Probation. If I dont tell my po is there anyway she would find out? And what is likely to happen to me in court? I have had a very clean driving record. So any help from you is appreceiated .

The PO could run your name and find it. If it is a felony, then obviously they will. Do not tell the PO your defense or any facts as it could be used against you. I would get an attorney on the hit and run ASAP and maybe s/he could help you deal with the possible probation revo. If you have done everything right on the DV, likely they will not care that much, so make sure that your classes are done, all money is paid and public service is done.

As for the hit and run, a possible defense is that it was not you driving.
