Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Insurance beneficiary

In our divorce agreement my it states my ex will carry a life insurnace policy with our daughter as the beneficiary. Since then he changed the beneficiary. He died, the claim on the policy has been filed. Does my daughter have any rights to that policy payout? Thanks - have a great day. Supportive mom
