I purchased an online kit to prepare a simple living trust for my sister who lives in Colorado. I live in Idaho and I will become the successor trustee. The instructions say that an out-of-state trustee needs to be registered pursuant to Section 15-16-105. How do I register to comply with this section?

You legally cannot prepare a trust on behalf of your sister. She needs to do this and should speak with a Colorado attorney. You doing this creates several significant risks.
