Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Out of State Will

My mother- in-law is terminally ill with lung cancer and currently in Hospice. Will her Texas originated Will be recognized here in Colorado? Or does she have to have a new one created here in Colorado?

Yes, if her Will is a valid Texas Will, it will be recognized in Colorado.
