1. How do I go about changing the executor of my trust?
2. My mother & father are both primary on their living trust, though over the past 7 years my mother has been deteriorating due to Alzheimer's. How does my father go about ammending their trust, since he is now her caretaker?

The trust likely provides that it is automatic, if not, then an amendment may be added. I would need to review the trust documents. Contact me directly.
