Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut

thanks for your advise about the 5000 dollar loan. The loan wouldnt only be to pay the lawyer im dead broke only recieving unemployment and that only pays my most basic bills ie rent, car insurance, child support. I undestand that they will not let me go chapter seven on this loan and that they will make me pay it.but will it prevent me from going chapter 7 on all my other debt that i have.if i dont do something now i am wiped out. no money for a lawyer or for transportation.i know its an act of desperation but i have no other means. are you implying that i could go to jail for this

You will not got to jail and it will not prevent you from filing Chapter 7,however, I'm not advising you take out this loan.
