Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Connecticut

BK Chp 7 - Is It Legit
I filed the paperwork in CT jointly w/wife at the cut-off date Oct 2005(?)

The application fee was never paid in full and I never attended any of the court dates or hired an attorney.

I believe it was ''dismissed'' or whatever the term they use is.

What I want to know is if I go back to the court house - is there something I can get to show that the case never happened? Right now it is on my credit report as me filing a BK 7 and never really doing it....

No. You filed Chapter 7. It will probably be on your report for ten years. Did you file before or after the 10th of October?
