re. BK Chp 7 - Is it Legit

I filed on or before before the cutoff date 10/10...It was old school Chp 7 BK. I should have taken advantage of it but had NO money at the time...

So I can't have this removed becaused it really didn't happen?

It did happen. You did file. You could have applied for a waiver of the fee for financial hardship. And please, if you would like to direct a question to me, my contact info is listed on this website or even in my response. If you still want to try getting it removed, contact all the credit bureaus and dispute the entry. However I think they will take a pretty dim view of your reasoning.
