Re: Alimony

The first question is what does your divorce decree say? If your former spouse was not awarded alimony at the time of the divorce, then she waived any claim she may have post judgment.

If she is receiving alimony, does the decree preclude any modification? If so, then she is not entitled to modify it upward.

If she is receiving alimony and the decree permits modification, then she can only modify if your income substantially changes for the better and her needs warrant a modification upward.

Whether you change your company to an LLC may not be relevant, although I would need to have more information. Generally, the court will look to your income from the LLC, not the design of the company.
