LLC Owner lied about having liability insurance in CT
An owner of an LLC told me he had liability insurance before he pressure washed my house and he damanged the vinyl siding. Is he responsible financially and more importantly did he commit a crime and liable criminally. Can he go to jail for this?

If he is criminally liable, it is minimal compared to his civil liability. How do you know that he doesn't have liability insurance?
