Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
Truck was recalled by Toyota. Took it to dealer. They said it was unsafe to drive and arraigned a rental from Enterprise. Toyota is paying Enterprise but car is on my insurance. Time frame for a fix is two months. What happens if someone hits this car in the mall parking lot. Am I responsible.

Your insurance would probably pay to repair it and then get reimbursed from the insurance of the car that hit you. Hopefully, they will also get your deductible back.
