Internet Account Theft(Email)

Hello,

Two email accounts of mine have recently been compromised. Can I sue if I have the IP of the offender?

Comprised how? DId you provide the password?

Have you nitified the ISP and changed the account info and PW?

Need more info before I can advise you.
