Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Connecticut

violation?

I was trying to cash a Bank of America-issued payroll check at my local Bank of America. I waited in line, and when I arrived at the teller, I was told that because I am not an account holder, I have to wait to the side until all other customers in the bank are helped, even those behind me in line. I argued that it was a Bank of America-issued check, and they agreed to cash it, but only after all other customers were served. I was also not allowed to use the drive-through service for the same reasons. They offered to open an account for me, but I refused because their fees are much more expensive. I felt that I was being manipulated and treated unequally/unfairly. Is this a violation of the 14th amendment, which states that all citizens must be treated equally? Because they agree to cash checks issued by their own bank, do they have the right to send me to the back of the line? Can they treat me differently than any other customer?
