Pool Construction

I was given a name of a pool installer by the place we bought our pool. The installer came to our house and said he would put the pool in around the end of May beginning of June. He gave us a price. We did not sign anything. He would then not return our calls. Do we have any claims against him.

Probably you do not have a claim because there was not a contract. You should be thrilled that you did not give any money to such an irresponsible contractor. Bood by and good riddance!
