Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
My gym membership expired on June 9,2011 and I noticed a deduction for $159.00 out of my account on June 21st which the gym went ahead and deducted without my authorization. (The owner has asked in advance each month prior to this situtation.)
To make matters worse, the gym is closing it's doors on July 1, 2011. What is my recourse?

You can file suit in small claims court for the return of your money.
