moldy food from mcdonalds

i was inquiring to see if i may have a legal right to sew mcdonalds for selling me moldy food, they refunded my money but i'm very upset over this and want to know if i may be able to do something about this, my nine year old daughter ate a moldy chicken wrap before discovering her second one had mold qrowing on it..they refunded my money and then they found more moldy wraps in their back work area.

It's unlikely that such a suit would be fruitful unless there were actual damages suffered as aa result (e.g. Dr./hospital bills).
