What does part and labor warranty means in monitoring and installation between a home owner and a security alarm company ?

A parts and labor warranty means that all the parts and labor to reinstall or replace said parts is warranted for a certain period of time after the purchase or installation of the security system. You should read your warranty carefully to see how long you have while it is under warranty
