Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut

do I sue? where do I go?

I was at Home Town Buffet and got a hamburger bun which I put on top of the rest of my food. I sat down and ate most of the food. when I got to the bun I noticed the underside was coverd in mold. I pushed my plate away discusted. I allerted the waitress who informed the manager. after a 20 min wait the waitress came over and asked if everything was ok...at which time I said I am waiting for a manager to appologize to me. 5 mins later one came out and said ''well we threw all the buns away what do you want me to do?'' I stamered. I can give you and your lunch compainion coupons. at which time he produced 2 coupons for 3 dollars off our next lunch. then said '' Oh by the way im sorry have a nice day and come back again'' Now here is the real problem. I feel sick to my stomach...its almost 12 hours later and I have no medical insurance....so I cant go to the hospital.....what do I do?

If you are sick and in need of emergency medical care go to the emergency room and worry about a potential lawsuit after you have taken care of your health.
