College Dorm Charges

The university that i attended sent me a bill for dorm damages totaling $130. When i called to inquire about the nature of the damages, they explained it was a community damage bill dating back to 2004. The bill is three years late! How can i get out of paying this?

First were you living in the dorm three years ago? Were you living in the same room?You might want to write a letter to dispute the bill.
