Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

I co-signed a car loan for a now ex girlfriend..she refuses to refinance.and is late on loan. can I put a lien on car and reposses if she misses a payment? I am not on the title

You need to file suit against her and get a judgment in small claims court. Then you can execute the judgment. You may be able to execute it against the car.
