Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

I'm 21 years old. live in Wallingford Connecticut. the charge is through the Meriden court house. A purse was stolen from a bar and I was later arrested for larceny 6 and credit card theft. I go to court decide to use my AR. now that's still pending I haven't gone back to court for that yet. yesterday, police knock on my door and arrest me again because I allegedly spent money on the credit card. charged with identity theft and credit card fraud. my question is am I able to use my AR for my most recent arrest (identity theft and credit card fraud) instead of the larceny 6 and credit card theft charge that's still pending. the amount of money allegedly spent on the credit card was less then 250 dollars and I have absolutely no criminal record before this event.

Generally any subsequent arrest after using A/R will render you ineligible for future A/R. I would encourage you to consult with a criminal defense attorney to discuss your options before your next court date. Good luck.
