Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Is it illegal to sell unopened, unused fertility meds online? I have some leftover from a previous cycle and have seen sites where they buy and sell them. I would love to reabsorb some of the costs but not to pay with jail time. Can someone please advise me.
