A person who has been convicted of a crime and sentenced to a period of probation may file a motion to modfiy conditions of probation. Of course there needs to be a basis for requesting such modification. The court will then hear arguments on your filed motion and then issue a decision on the matter. You should consult with an attorney who may be able to help draft and argue such a motion.
