$1,000 to $4,000 Fine.

Jail time - 2 yrs., 120 days

minimum mandatory and 100 hrs. of community service.

License suspension - Connecticut, for suspensions

effective on or after 11/09/2005, the suspension

is one year followed by 24 months with an approved ignition interlock device.

Suspension duration imposed for arrests that did not occur

Re: DUI/Drink Driving

See the Driving While Intoxicated section of my firm's website. By "second offense" do you mean a second conviction or a second arrest? If you mean second arrest, and the Alcohol Education Program was used the first time, then you are actually talking about a first offense. My website will explain this in more detail for you. Please also feel free to call me for more information. I am on trial this week but I will answer messages left on my cellphone (860.977.0660).
