Legal Question in DUI Law in Connecticut

precedent case

Back in September i was on my way to a school orientation. My drivers license was suspended i did not have a ride that day to get there. I was on probation i ended up violating because i was caught driving didn't have seat belt. I already turned my self in,going to court. While in the process of turning myself in, my probation officer had also violated another girl for the same reasons she would also be there with me the day i turned my self in. I met her we talked are cases are both very similar she also had no license while she got caught her car had no registration or insurance. She just went to court 2 weeks ago everyting was thrown out for her just had to pay a fine of 500.00 and probation terminated. Is it possible that i would still be looking mandatory jail time. Both of us were on probation for a DUI. I was offered to do 30 days. Never been in jail my life. She was in walking distance to where she had to be. The college i go to is not on a bus line. I'm also going to school to become a paralegal so doing some legal research of my own. I do have an atty i just hope he's doing the right thing.

If you have an attorney, and you do not have a lot on your record, your attorney should be able to get you a similar deal without jail time. Feel free to consult with us. 203.521.4915.
