I am sorry to hear that your boyfriend is harrasing you like this. If he is touching you sexually against your will, he is commiting a crime. You did not say how old you are, but if you are under 16 and he is older and he is touching you sexually against your will, he may be sent to jail. You have two choices. (1) You can call the police if and see if they will arrest him. (2) You can go to the Superior Court in Willimantic on Valley Street and ask them to help you fill out a request for a Restraining Order.
