Is the Connecticut support guidelines form that was prepared by the courts a final binding document

Did you (and the other party) submit a financial affidavit that was used as the basis for the guideline calculation? Was a court order issued based on that calculation? If yes, then it's binding, unless you can show that the information on the affidavits was incorrect.
