Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My daughter has filed a motion for contempt against her foormer husband. The former husband's lawyer is asking for my daughter's tax returns for past two years. Is it sufficient to submit the Form 1040 and exclude all other schedules, or must other schedules be attached?

If he's entitled to the tax return, he's entitled to the whole return. If she's remarried and filed a joint return, the new husband's information might not be relevant and the judge might order that the new husband's information not be disclosed.
