Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my daughter is 18, but still in high school. she lives with me but has been ststing with her father for the past 2 weeks. he is now taking me to court to stop paying child support. he contends thst she lives there now, but i have gotten no documentation that she lives there. what is sccrpted as proof of where she lives?

If she's 18, technically she's an adult, so she can notify the school of a change of address.

I'm not sure why you need documentation. Who would provide it? Her? If she is living with him then he can ask the court to order you to pay child support until she graduates from high school.
