Divorce questions

1) I live in the US, flew to New Zealand to get married - is this marriage legal in the USA - Married 1 year

2) She is flying back to New New Zealand - DO I need to send Spousal Support? -

3) DO I have to send child support - she has 5 children, NONE are mine

4) What is the cost of getting a divorce while she is here, or after she goes back to New Zealand

5) How long will the process take for a divorce ?

6) Can I get an annulment ?

7) What if I file for a divorce, but she will not agree and will not sign for a divorce, how long until I can get remarried ?
