I have been divorced almost 5 yrs my ex resides in NJ. Last week DYFS of NJ received a notarized letter from my ex iving me permanent custody of 2 (boys) of my 3 children (daughter staying with her). The boys are now living with me. Their mother now will not release school records and is being difficult. How can I enforce this?

You need to file a change of custody action in family court.
