Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My duaghter lives in CT and my daughgter and her husband always argue and fight. They have a daughtger 6 mnths old. My daughter fed up and thinks to file for divorce. I know it takes a few months for legal dirvoce. In case of an emergency what is to be done if she decices to get out of the house.

Like bank accounts for expenes, etc., Can she take the child with her till the court order?

She should sit down with a family attorney ASAP. If she feels like she is in danger for her life she should go to the police. If she wants a divorce she might want to consider divorce mediation to save on aggravation, money and time. Please contact me if we can of further assistance.
