Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my husband's ex-wife is requesting child support for his two grown children ages 43and 39.

All of his oblagations were paid in full. How can she go after him yet again??? And would he be able to sue her for 1.NOT letting him see his two girls. and now keeping him from seeing his grandchildren.

they have been divorced for over 30 years

That is very bizarre.

Is there something else to this case? She can not get child support for adults. However, only the parents of the grandchildren have the right to let your husband see his grandchildren, not his ex-wife unless she has custody of the grandchildren.
