Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Information on Parties involved in a Case

Is it possible to research if an individual is currently involved in any court case of any kind? We need to thoroughly check our candidates for a job position that requires them to handle very sensitive information and therefore cannot take the chance that the individual might be involved in any possibly illegal action.

Re: Information on Parties involved in a Case

You can go to the CT Judicial Website and plug in the name of the individual in party name inquiry. It will show cases the individual is involved in. However, you may want to check how far back the records go. Also, this will not show you any federal cases.
