joint legal custody

a judge grant me and father 50% 50% he won't let me see child because i move on what do i do i don't want anything to do with he told me as long as i am with this new man in my life i can't visit with the child unless i get rid of my new man should i take him back to court it was only a temporary order i need from america i don't know the law works i have been taking avantaged of please help me i don't speak much i speak enough to get me by but it has been three to four months since i've seen child please help me thank you.
