Motion for Return of Possesion

Given the following facts: Married two years, divorcing, motion for pendente lite issued: ordering spouse to keep making payments for vehicle. Vehicle's loan, registration,& insurance under husband's name only. Spouse left to Florida with out permission, took car, maintained payments until recently. Was behind two months, her lawyer was notified of delinquency, but no payments made. After consulting with attorney, Husband reclaimed vehicle from Florida. Motion for Return of Possesion issued, awaiting mediation date. Question, what is the likelyhood of the Husband obtaing sole possesion of the vehicle prior to final divorce ruling?
