Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
I ran out of a retainer, i was thinking of representing myself, i just don't have the money, my husband's atty. is nasty, unreasonable, all she does is yell, intimidate, we have kid's also, i am waiting for a por-bono with the state, but that could take forever, it will be contested, he refuses to give me any child support whatsoever and he and his girlfreind hide alot of money, assets from me, lie abut what he makes with his side business, is it a good idea to do this myself?
