My husband kicked me out of our house and took $18.000 that I had in a joint account. This money came to me from selling our previous house, he knew that it was my legal half. We have an 18 year old daughter but she's with me. How do I go about getting my money back and divorcing. We are in the process of getting retroactive child support. Thanks

I'm not sure what your question is.

You have to file for divorce to get your money back.
