Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Statutory Rape

I have just found out the name of the boy who had sex with my daughter when she was 14. She is now 16 and he is 18 or 19. Do I have any legal right to prosecute this young man. It would probably be my word against his, he has my daughter so wrapped up it makes we want to spit! I have tried talking to him to leave her alone but to no avail. I am livid. Please advise me if I have any rights.
