Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My wife and i are currently seperated and have two children. while i resided in virginia and she in connecticut, we had a visitation agreement in place where i would travel to ct every third weekend of the month to visit with them. i moved to connecticut and my wife and i were living in the same residence and i was able to see my children everyday. i have since moved out and am currently resided at another residence. my wife wants to fall back to the original agreement that was set in place by the court in ct where i would only be able to see them every third weekend. i of course would love to them as often as possibly. my question is do i need to follow the original agreement while i was aresident of virginia or can i see them as pleased now that i am live in connecticut

You should file a motion to modify the current order and request additional time. Since you are living in CT now a court may give you more time with them, i.e. every other week end, one or two nights during the week are just examples.
