I am a 8th grade substitute teacher and today I sent a student to the office and he refused to leave and continually insulted me. Then he got into my face and said "I better know who he is and I better watch out" Then her kept saying F You Mother F'er about 20 times until administration came. Can I sue the family for threatening me or harassment.
