Re: credit report findings

It sounds as though you may have a claim under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or even possibly the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Under the first, (FDCPA) it is a violation for a debt collector to harass you about a debt, even if it were your own. It is also a violation to speak with someone about a debt that is not their own. Violations are very strict under the FDCPA and we get our clients $1,000.00 for violations per account. Also our clients never pay us any fees or costs. Those are paid for by the collection agency. If this sounds like a sollution to your problem contact me. 203.521.4915. and [email protected]
