Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut

I got my hair done for 140 dollars. The style is suppose to last a minimum of 2 months. It takes 12 hours to do. Three days later the style came apart and the stylist admitted that she used bad quality hair. I asked for a refund and she said she would only give back 50 dollars. Can I do anything legally?

You could go to small claims, but its not worth it for $90.
